Bizare very strange

O_o no your not seeing things yes that is a icecream van in winter at night xD they have stopped because my brother and his mates bought an icecream ( T^T diudent get me one so i took their chocklate B3 ) but err is this actully normal they did this yesterday cept no one came out xD;
